Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
Because we begin fulfillment quickly, we’re unable to accept changes or cancellations once your order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before checking out.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we offer digital gift cards. Gift cards are final sale and non-returnable. If you make a purchase using a gift card and later return an item, the refunded amount will be credited back to the gift card first.
Shipping
How long does order processing take?
We begin processing your order as soon as it is placed. Please allow 1–2 business days for fulfillment before your order is shipped. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer.
How long will delivery take?

Domestic (U.S.): Standard shipping usually takes 3–5 business days once your order has shipped.

International: Delivery times vary by destination and may take longer due to customs clearance.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location, shipping method, and order value. We occasionally offer promotional free shipping, which will be clearly noted on our website.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
Please make sure to provide a safe and secure shipping address. OBELIAN is not liable for stolen or missing parcels once delivered to the address provided. We are also not responsible for damage sustained after successful delivery, as the order is considered in your care at that point.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Returns that don’t meet our garment care standards will be declined and sent back to the customer.
Which items are final sale?
Sale items, purchases with promotional discounts over 20%, accessories, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How do I start a return?
We’ve partnered with ReturnGo to make returns simple. To begin, visit our return portal and follow the steps to request a refund, store credit, or exchange.
What are my return options?

Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for their own return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrived damaged or not as expected, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at care@obelianofficial.com with your order number and clear photos. We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
How long do refunds take?
Please allow up to 10 business days for processing once your return is received. If your order was paid partially with a gift card, that amount will be refunded to the gift card first.

What condition do items need to be in for return?
To preserve the quality of our garments, returns will not be accepted if items show signs of:
