Refund policy

Every piece is made with intention and we hope you love your order, but if something isn’t quite right, we offer a smooth return process for eligible items.

We accept returns of full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition, with all tags and packaging intact

Returns that do not meet garment care standards will be declined and returned to sender.

 

Garment Care Standards

To preserve the quality of our pieces, returns will not be accepted if they show signs of:

  • Wear, washing, or alteration
  • Deodorant, makeup, or tanning stains
  • Strong fragrance or odors (e.g. smoke, detergent, perfume)
  • Pet or human hair
  • Detached or missing tags
  • Damage due to external forces or improper care

 

Please note that sale items, promotional discounts over 20%, accessories, and gift cards are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Return Options

We offer a smooth return process through our return portal which facilitates the following return pathways:

  • Refund to your original payment method
  • Store Credit (restocking fee waived)
  • Exchange (pending availability; otherwise processed as a refund)

Return Fees & Shipping

  • Refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee (waived for store credit or exchange).
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for covering their own return shipping.


Faults & Damages

If your item arrived damaged or not as expected, please reach out within 3 days of delivery at care@obelianofficial.com with your order number and clear photos. While we stand behind the integrity of our garments, issues due to external conditions or extended wear are not covered.


Refunds & Processing

Please allow up to 10 business days for processing. 

If your order was paid partially with a gift card, that amount will be refunded to the gift card first.
